A lot of emails went to our customers' junk folders and support did nothing to fix it aside from a boilerplate reply on their commitment to email deliverability. Hidden fields shouldn't require Enterprise version (overkill). Reporting leaves a bit to be desired (can't do a simple output of who has been invited + who hasn't registered yet, need to do two reports and combine manually). Updating registrations post-email is a bit cumbersome and the interface could use improvement there. Buttons look bad in Outlook and can't be customized (no custom CSS). It was easy to create and personalize our events. They had tons of choices for everything, and we could also customize it to match our brand. Thorough review of options meant they covered some aspects I had not yet thought about. Creating events is straightforward and allows us to customize it to the unique events we host. Registration is streamlined with their QR code system.

It appears that a lot of guests receive RSVPify emails in their spam. This led to us having to send multiple emails from our Gmail accounts to ensure event details were communicated effectively.
