During the intensive but very interesting Kickbox time, I was able to develope different business skills, which will also be helpful in the future. The kickboxing program was a great, very instructive and inspiring time for me, where I got to meet a lot of great people. The opportunities offered by the program are unique and a great offer for employees. It gives everyone the opportunity to have their dreams and ideas validated in a professional environment. Well, at that time it was the case with us that the whole process had not yet been fully thought through with regard to rights etc. This was a bit difficult and not always 100% comprehensible. No dislike more an eye-opener: KICKBOX - will not fly if you are missing top mgmt. support and missing highly motivated people within the company to push that approach - don't take intrapreneurship success for granted by "just" piloting KICKBOX.
