Round Robin Distributor is a native Salesforce application that incorporates features like team/user holiday scheduling, relationship-based distribution, team and user level capping to enhance productivity, inbound records' volume management, complete auditing, and smart alerts. Customized reports and dashboards to analyze longer-term trends, such as how many leads team members have been receiving day by day, MoM, YoY basis. Round robin is the simplest way in the industry till date working effectively to assign leads and cases to the right members in a circular manner to the right team instantly. Not only that, but the product also has a bundle of options like priority order setting, relationship-based assignments, weighting, load-balancing, and capping. Admin can use activation toggles to respect the availability of the team so you can prevent leads getting assigned to reps who are out of the office. The app offers criteria based assignment options to filter teams to which a lead or a case can be assigned.
