The best thing about Rossum are the saved keystrokes. I mean, that's the whole point of this. From a developer perspective, Rossum's fairly open approach to allow for modification of the UI and how data is processed through Rossum was the true sell point. My company has very specific needs and the ability to scale the UI up or down on the fly is incredible, and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike Rossum's handling of large .pdf documents. I'm not sure what they need to do about it, but these documents will cause the UI to crash and take a long time to process. It would be best if Rossum would prioritize taking information off the first page and possibly second page of an invoice. Rossum rarely has made any mistakes since our team adopted its use, and we enjoy how responsive and quick it learns purchase orders and identifying accounts during annotations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rossum can be improved by learning how to read Excel documents, and sometimes the repeated behaviors we teach Rossum are sometimes ignored. Rossum is also limited to reading "straight" lines of data, if there was a way to tilt the grid to read orders that arent perfect/misaligned, that would be appreciated.
