Technical support beyond the Account manager, when an issue is not easy to fix the escalation process is long slow and bumpy. we are talking about waiting for 40,20, 23 working days for getting an issue fixed. We are happy to have a good AM but when he is gone there is no response from Rossum and they do not provide us with a reliable customer support. Rossum software is very smart, easy to use, and has a great workflow for extracting invoice details and line items. The software learns invoices very quickly.
