Our building in Miami just started using roomzilla within the past year and roomzilla has revolutionized the space sharing area. It is so easy to use and see what facility space is available for our meetings. You can quickly edit, change or cancel as needed. Honestly, this has been the best system upgrade for our business use. I am not sure if it is the administrator settings, but I can only reserve 2 hours at a time. So when I am reserving the meeting space from 9-5, I have to make multiple entires for blocks of time. Also not all the spaces have the tablet displaying outside the room stating whether the room is reserved, so people will be in the space even if its reserved! It would be nice if I could automatically add my coworkers so that they would see I booked a room so I don't have to forward the email to them. It's quick and easy to book a room. All those in the company have access and use it regularily through an easy access web link integrated on our intraweb. It did have an annoying "check in feature" which only triggered 10mins before a meeting and didn't work if you didn't have access to your emails just prior to your booking. However the admin / customer support turned that off. The slight negative of that is that rooms can be left booked when they're not in use, but that downs to the users not cancelling.
