I'm a fairly new user of this software/system so i'd have to say so far what I like best was the ease of the entire process of initially getting set-up. There were a couple minor hiccups throughout the process but it was mostly tweatking to get things just right for our specific business. Their customer support solved the isse with ease and quickly! They system is easy to use and works perfect for our boutique hotel. The upside nos having to set all the mapping and pricing for the OTA that can get complicated. Good thing they have articles and customer service to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they had a better way to communicate over the phone. It's all via email and articles. I would pay to have hep on the mapping and set up that's the complication. RoomRaccoon basically has everything in one. Literally a property management system that manages all aspects of a hotel / guest house. Customer support is always available to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
