I'm a fairly new user of this software/system so i'd have to say so far what I like best was the ease of the entire process of initially getting set-up. There were a couple minor hiccups throughout the process but it was mostly tweatking to get things just right for our specific business. Their customer support solved the isse with ease and quickly!
