We have used this system every day as a 7 day a week company since it was first released.
It is broad enough to handle the multiple different time slots of activities we have and is fairly easy to use.
It is an all-inclusive program which makes it easier to track where everything is at and get instant information on the current status of bookings and payments.

There are so many hidden fees you aren't told about. When you sign up for the premium account you are promised a set amount of fees on top of the exorbitant yearly fee for the product.
Customer support isn't very helpful. Any issues are responded to in vague sentences, or you are told it is an issue in the program that is being worked on but never seems to be fixed.
There are constant errors in reporting that don’t match up with the live data that need to be amended all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think ROLLER is super easy to use, I had training once and since then I use it every day with no issues! It is great not only for our companies internal use, it is also great for our guests who make reservations through the software. You can easily make selections, process payment, etc. all through one program. I thinks its great and it has positively changed the way that we run as a company! The only downside I can think of is sometimes when trying to make a change to a booked event, the page will glitch and the change cannot be processed. It is really not a huge issuea nd we work around it, but for bookings and organization it can be frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Roller includes point of sale and booking software in one program. Their customer support is available when we need them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software needs to include a timeclock function. I've never used a point of sale that didn't track employee time. It's inconvenient to have to use a seperate program for a single feature that could easily be incorporated.

The on-boarding process to set up and launch was fantastic. There is a very useful training guide and the Roller Academy online (with videos and explanations) making it quick and easy to find answers/ solutions.
The system is very-user friendly and we were able to train our internal teams quickly which allowed for a smooth transition from our old system to Roller.
Quick and easy booking system for customers to pre-book ahead of visit.

Not a dislike as such but possible areas for improvement -
The reporting features are a bit basic and it can sometimes require running a mix of reports to get what you neeed.
Billing Information has difficultly accepting postal codes from areas outside of ROI which can affect customer bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
set-up with Roller team has been easy, with discovery sessions upon request to understand certain specificities. Roller has been an agile system for our use, with the ability to set up the various products we need for our operations. I think thhe best part of Roller in the customer support, people, and their willingness to help. We use Roller every single day in our business. It's easy to use and we can accomplish what we are trying to do wit ease. Love that they are always coming out with something new to better serve the customers.
