What do you like best about Clubspeed?

Wow, where do I start with Clubspeed? It’s like having a super-efficient manager for our Family Entertainment Center. The way we can tailor the venue management feature to our needs is just brilliant. And the online booking? Our customers love the convenience, and we’re seeing more bookings than ever.

The self-service registration has made things so much smoother at the front of house. And as for the go-kart software, it’s top-notch. Booking, managing, timing - it’s got it all.

The CRM is like the cherry on top. It’s brought together so many essential tools under one roof. We’ve seen our revenue, repeat visits, productivity, and even the average ticket size go up since we started using Clubspeed. And the round-the-clock phone support is like having a safety net, always there when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clubspeed?

Even though Clubspeed is pretty awesome, there’s always scope for getting better, right? The user interface could do with a bit of a facelift. And while it’s great that the software works on all devices, the mobile experience could be a bit slicker.

It’s fantastic that the software is multilingual, but hey, the more languages, the merrier! And while we’re reassured by the data security guarantee, it would be great to get regular updates on how they’re keeping our data safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clubspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clubspeed has been a lifesaver for us. It’s like having an extra pair of hands helping us manage our Family Entertainment Center. It’s taken away the headache of juggling multiple systems and brought everything under one roof. This has made our day-to-day operations so much smoother.

Our customers are loving the online booking and self-service registration. It’s made their experience with us more convenient and efficient. We’ve noticed that they’re happier and keep coming back for more, which is great for business.

And speaking of business, we’ve seen our revenue go up since we started using Clubspeed. The CRM tool has been fantastic for our marketing efforts. We’ve been able to target our customers better and offer them exactly what they want. Plus, being able to manage and track all aspects of our venue has helped us make the most of our resources.

What problems is Clubspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conventional reservation techniques can be laborious and prone to mistakes. Clubspeed provides online reservation and booking tools that expedite procedures, cut down on human labor, and lower the chance of overscheduling. The benefits which i recieved peronsally from Clubspeed makes it easier to manage booking, payment, and waiver procedures by combining them into a single system, saving time and effort. What do you like best about Clubspeed?

The software is highly adaptable for most any karting center or family entertainment center. Their ClubBooking product is a massive revenue driver and will drive year-over-year growth for any business that utilizes it. Since implementing ClubBooking, average ticket amounts have increased at least 30%, and it continues to grow into a more significant part of our business. The support team is always available 24/7 and is fantastic to deal with and quick to get most issues resolved very quickly. This company as a whole is building on a great foundation of its enterprise software and expanding its offerings to help operators maximize their revenues and help mitigate labor constraints with their new Self Service Kiosk option. What do you dislike about Clubspeed?

There is not anything that is not working at this time. There are some small things that you can work around with some creativity, but that is because every business operates differently. We are solving our wait times considerably with the ClubBooking system by giving our customers the ability to reserve their times online and show up and have a blast. We have seen a massive improvement in the overall guest experience and our revenue seeing the effects of the happy customers. What do you like best about Clubspeed?

Response time to our questions has been second to none. Being a new user to clubspeed this was and continues to be, the key to our location's success . Shingo our account rep at Clubspeed, has been present from the moment we signed on with Clubspeed to now weeks into our k1 Soeed's opening . He has assisted, along with their support staff, to mold their POS system to fit our specific needs. At Clubspeed it is not a "one size fits all" mentality. They are not afraid to introduce new features , growing and adapting to the changing needs of their clients. They routinely ask how they can improve and invite their customers to participate in requesting new solutions for future software releases. We had mentioned that the product buttons looks being similar and during busier times a challenge to differentiate. When I mentioned that to Shingo he had an immediate solution and idea. What do you like best about Clubspeed?

I love that the guest has a seamless experience - it is why we chose Clubspeed & you delivered on your promise.

I think it's very practical that my entire team has a somewhat picture of what's happening in other departments, all in the same system.

As far as support goes, they are super knowledgeable and respond quickly to your concerns.

What do you dislike about Clubspeed?

The consumer has a seamless experience, but the track has so many components to work with: SP_Admin, Clubspeed Admin, Briq, Cardppointe, Sendgrid etc.

It just makes a lot to work with. I'm super comfortable with computers - but other members of our staff not so much.

Expect a seamless experience for your guest, but many platforms for administration.

How you use the software makes a world of difference. Take the time to outline all the requirements so that it can be configured correctly to meet all your requirements.
