The interface is user friendly and took very little time to get even reluctant users up and running for basic functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Matter?

Many advanced features are non-functional or are not well designed. Examples: billing template allows flat fee or hourly but not both, email billing can't sort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rocket Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been stable i.e. does not crash and easy for users to learn basic functions. Not scary to use for newbies. Chat help is very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
