What do you like best about Rocket Matter?

I really liked the functionality for tracking contacts and leads, the time tracking and invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Matter?

Mobile - The Rocketmatter android app was painfully bad and unfunctional, but the mobile version for the web browser is only marginally better.

If I only worked in the office, this might not be a deal killer, but I needed a legal case management program that works on whatever devise I am using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't recommend it until they have either a functional mobile website or better yet android and iphone apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After trying to make Rocketmatter work for a long time, I threw in the towel and switched to Harvest for time tracking, but then later switched to MyCase (as I wanted an integrated system and not solely a time tracking program). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rocket Matter?

Platform sync works across iPhone, iPad and mac, and when I change a note or text within the online version, it changes across the platform almost instantaneously. Thjat’s Super super nice when you’re an on-the-go Attorney hustling from place to place, never knowing if you’ll walk into a Courtroon with just your iphione or your full suite of products. Either way, I know i’m Fine and can retrieve any of my notes or info that I stored in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Matter?

App App App App App doesn’t provide enough info. It’s simply too blank...not enough functionality, where there clearly could be more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do the trial; try it again against the other software out there. Also....if you have a known user who can refer you, it will save them, and you some money if you mention their name. that never stinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Entering names of clients into system can be a bit difficult if the person has an unusual name (e.g., a client a two first names, a hyphenated middle name, and two last names). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
