Riva's ease of use has been essential to our Sales & Marketing teams at Janus Henderson to track sales activity in the Salesforce system. Additionally, we just migrated to the cloud version of Riva and the project management team laid out the implementation in a very straight forward manner making it easy for me to complete the migration.

As a Riva admin for my company, I'm finding that in the newer cloud version of Riva we had some of our capabilities taken away. This makes it harder to troubleshoot certain issues for our users, and increases the time to resolution.
