What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

Ring Central really does have everything you need for your business in one centralized space. Easy to fax, text, video and call from your desktop or mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

The only downside and this is nitpicky, is that while the app rings on my iPhone, it does not notify on my Apple Watch, causing me to miss some calls. Overall a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

We are a small team of around 20 people and we use RingCentral for all our communication needs. Its a very simple and interactive application which can be used on Web, Mobile and Desktop platforms. We use it for all 3.

We use it to call and text people

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

The system works but lacks functionality and ease of use for a solution so expensive. It is however reliable from a usage standpoint, but beyond that there's nothing to write home about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clunky and outdated user interface. Lack of support both while as a customer and when trying to transition to a better provider. They refuse to help port our numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingCentral is a legacy phone system that has struggled to maintain its relevancy in the ever-evolving world of software. They're far too costly for the service they provide and if you ever leave to go to a more sophisticated and integrated solution, good luck getting your phone numbers ported over because they will block you at every turn and refuse to work with your new provider. It's as if they're purposely trying to make the process to leave them as miserable as possible. The benefits are that the system is reliable, but lacks any type of sophistication from a user standpoint and how it integrates with SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

It is an excellent office phone. I can link it to my cell phone and take calls on there if I need to. We can get calls quickly, and it's always a smooth process to get logged in to the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

If you take a call without being logged in (If someone calls you direct), you cannot conference the call and then transfer it. That is an inconvenience because as a rule of thumb, you should never cold transfer a call, but then you have the potential to be stuck on an hour-long phone call on mute Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe it is the best option for an office. It's very user-friendly, organized, and efficient. We get the job done every day, and our reps and merchants always walk away happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
