Ring Central really does have everything you need for your business in one centralized space. Easy to fax, text, video and call from your desktop or mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an excellent office phone. I can link it to my cell phone and take calls on there if I need to. We can get calls quickly, and it's always a smooth process to get logged in to the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you take a call without being logged in (If someone calls you direct), you cannot conference the call and then transfer it. That is an inconvenience because as a rule of thumb, you should never cold transfer a call, but then you have the potential to be stuck on an hour-long phone call on mute Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
