I like a lot of things about RingCentral Contact Center, but here are my top three favorites:
Ease of use. RingCentral Contact Center is very easy to use, even for people who aren't familiar with contact center software. The interface is intuitive and well-designed, and the help documentation is comprehensive.
Affordability. RingCentral Contact Center is very affordable, especially for small businesses. There are no upfront costs, and the monthly subscription fees are very reasonable.
Scalability. RingCentral Contact Center is very scalable, so you can easily add or remove users as your business grows. You can also choose from a variety of plans to fit your needs, from a basic plan for small businesses to a more advanced plan for large enterprises.
In addition to these three things, I also like that RingCentral Contact Center offers a wide range of features, such as:

I think RingCentral Contact Center is a great contact center solution overall, but there are a few things that I dislike about it:
The reporting and analytics could be better. The reporting and analytics features in RingCentral Contact Center are not as comprehensive as I would like. It would be helpful to have more detailed reports on call metrics, customer satisfaction, and agent performance.
The customization options are limited. RingCentral Contact Center is a very customizable solution, but there are some areas where the customization options are limited. For example, you can't change the look and feel of the interface, and you can't add custom fields to the contact database.
The customer support could be better. I have had some mixed experiences with RingCentral customer support. Sometimes I have received very helpful support, but other times I have had to wait a long time for a response, or I have received a response that was not helpful.
Overall, I think RingCentral Contact Center is a great contact center solution, but there are a few areas where it could be improved. I hope that RingCentral will continue to develop and improve their product in the future.

the user interface is pretty good and the linking of it with job diva makes both of them better because we can directly make a call from job diva using ring central and as i use it daily because of my job it makes my job easy . implementing is also pretty easy. till now i didnt use the customer support but that must be great too. When I first used this Ring Central contact center, I was surprised because of the way it was being utilized at the company. I like that you can dial in-company extensions easily via directory display, I also like that there is a desktop, mobile, online and hard desk phones at your disposal. The implementation of its tiny IVR tree was surprisingly simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool isn't ideal to manage a mid-size or larger contact center. It lacks reporting tools that are usable from an ad-hoc perspective. I haven't connected to it via API to use other software to read the data so I hope that is actually available for other users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of being able to communicate with clients, as well as my internal team. Easy to text from and send files through too when needed. Compared to vonage, Ring central allows me to do more in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the limitations we have with setting up the phone tree. Specifically, the "Round Robin" function does not work to my liking. If I reject a call then it will continue to ring back to my line over and over until the call stops. This is a huge inconvenience! I love how it can be connected multiple places so calls are always accessible - it makes it much easier to work remotely if/when I need to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RingCentral is very user-friendly for anyone. The app makes it easy to access, and seeing the voicemails as text is constructive. I also enjoy how easy it is to forward messages to other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I have experienced is that with everything being so easy to use, I haven't had a chance to dive into every product feature. I wouldn't necessarily say that it's a negative, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
