What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

- no numbers for key international countries including India

- no way that I can tell of setting default chime on when someone joins. This is pretty basic for a video conference system

- some video conferences start with video on as default, that has caught me and my participants by surprise (not in a good way)

- rescheduling an existing meeting is flaky - sometimes the reschedule does not "take" in Ring Central Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting features are limited but they have just released a new reporting studio feature to solve this. I have not used it yet but I believe that this will be great for reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small virtual call center and we depend on cloud based services as our infrastructure. Connect First is a great solution for this. They have excellent customer service, and amazing up time. After ten years and four different dialer products, we now have Connect First. My management staff loves the reporting, ease of use, and rock solid uptime. My IT staff love the ease of list management, excellent support staff, and system flexibility.
