What I do like best about RingCentral Contact Center is that is maneageable to use it, that's to say, it's easy to implement, for example, when you're doing phone calls and at the same time you can send a message. What I dislike about RingCentral is that the organization of the items and sometimes when you are calling fails the connection and it drops automatically. If I had to pick something, I would say the inability to fully "sandbox" different business units on the platform is less than ideal.
