What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

What I do like best about RingCentral Contact Center is that is maneageable to use it, that's to say, it's easy to implement, for example, when you're doing phone calls and at the same time you can send a message. Besides, you can offer customer support when they're needing an update or information about a load they're looking or having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

What I dislike about RingCentral is that the organization of the items and sometimes when you are calling fails the connection and it drops automatically. Besides, I do not think any sense to use RingCentral for Video, I do believe that the more simple the better its utilization and trasability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingCentral Contact Center is helping me to solve problems related to track and trace supported. RingCentral helps to contact drivers, carriers and dispatch to do a correct follow up about the loads that we are monitoring. This tool is important to get in touch with them and provide or receive the updates about the loads that they're running at that moment. What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

The integration pop-up showing the dialpad, my previous calls and voicemails is very handy to have open on my Salesforce or LinkedIn. Being able to pick the number I call from is also ideal so I can have a UK or Irish number or call from Private vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the integration fails to call so I have to unistall and reinstall or open the web page to ensure I can call people quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be finicky to set up, and some of the main contact center's feature pathways can be confusing at first. It requires more user savvy, which could be an issue at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RingCentral Contact Centre is the ultimate solution for our business, accomodating our vast and evolving needs under a single, unified platform. I really appreciate the modular capabilities of the platform, allowing us to continuously evolve our technological capabilities to match the changing demands of the business. Having a single platform that handles all of our integrations is ideal, and it is clear that RingCentral Contact Centre is also evolving quickly, keeping up with the latest technological innovations (AI capabilities). What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I don't know that I have any real dislikes about RingCentral Contact Center.

If I had to pick something, I would say the inability to fully "sandbox" different business units on the platform is less than ideal. With full transparency, I should note that my company's utilization and implementation of RingCentral Contact Center may be unique in this case, but this is our experience with it. RingCentral Contact Center provides us with a unified platform to administer our fully remote contact centre business. What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

It's amazing that we already am using it to analyze our phone calls. There;s a queue system where we can modify how we want our phone calls to be received. We can also label phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall stablity of the enviroment has been favorable. Innovation is in line with the market. Account team is present and supportive. If something is not quite right, the team at Ring wants to know about, whats to fix it, wants to improve... You can't ask for anything more from a partnership!!! I would not say I "dislike". I would say more of an "opportunity" - Make your customers ambassadors of your solutions by investing more in your customer’s technical resources – enhance administration training and empower your customers to be extensions of your products and services...
