I enjoyed using Ring4 Video Meeting for calls with a small team I served on a few years ago. It seemed to work well when it came to connectivity and dialing in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the attendees to the call were from different states, so it was sometimes hard when it came to poor connection on behalf of individual users. We were never required to utilize our video, but I think that could have helped some of the issues when it came to people speaking over one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how I can seamlessly call from the laptop and through the phone with the App. I can initiate a video call with anyone through the app. The call quality is outstanding. There's nothing I dislike about this tool that would interfere with my usability of this tool. But sometimes, it gets disconnected without warning. I often end up speaking to myself not knowing that the other party has left the call or there was a network error. This behavior sometimes causes frustration when I am too far in the meeting and then realize it. This is something that could be fixed for the benefit of the users. It is web-based and offers a free version as well as a paid premium version. I really appreciate the customer support that they have. The representatives are always so willing to help. One thing I really love about it is that you don't need to have an account with them in order to organize meetings. You can just use the link that they provide for the meeting. I like that the program is at a solid and very effective level of conference meetings. It has a unique and exclusive interface to enjoy good experiences. I like the ease of use for people of all ages. Video conferencing is really pivotal right now because of the pandemic and it is essential to hold meetings for your companies. Ring4 brings together your coworkers for conferences and meetings and even your family and friends for happy hours. This platform is easy to use and is bringing people together during this hard time. It is not as well known as the zoom platform or even google video. It doesn't have a breakout room option, whiteboard, etc that zoom has. This platform is slow to have updates to get to the same level as zoom, so it is falling behind in that sense. A lot of people only know of zoom and google video and it's hard to become a household name when both of those companies are so well known already. The quality of the video was very high and there are the recording options which we can able to record whole meeting or whole class to the students . The audio system was perfectly given by the company and there is a better option to join many of the people.

this app was very high in speed for ios software because many app are not suitable for ios it helped me a lot it takes less time to login. the app which was very secured no data was passes out with out your permission no software installs are needed to his app this helps

There is no dislikes in this meeting app but there is a one it consumes some what high amount of internet charges this app.it shows some error problems there is no schedule for the event creating a link by previous day of the meeting this was a main back draw for the faculty who uses this app the meeting lock was not available to this to lock the meeting after all joined this was useful for no outers will join if lock is available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
