I love the ease of use regarding Right Networks. It simply makes my life much easier when dealing with the day-to-day operations of this business. IT support has always been both friendly and helpful when called. For a small company like ours, this is extremely important as we don't have the budget for an IT Department beyond me and my limited capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are experts. They ALWAYS help us find a solution. They never put us on hold, tell us it is someone else or send us a link to troubleshoot ourselves. They ALWAYS have found a remedy and an extra bonus is we usually wait less than 2 minutes to speak to someone. Not sure how they do that I wish they would train the world. I like that they don't make me do rudimentary tests to see what is going on, and they listen to me. I have over 25 years of experience working on PCs and have been through many, many tech support staff and teams. These folks listen, asses I know most of what I am doing on zero in to exactly what I need. Speeding up the process and getting me back to work fast. They help with QuickBooks and server issues. The speed of set up was amazing. Having to move quickly from an internally hosted QB environment to working remote we needed something quick and easy to set up for non IT people. This was perfect, and for a good price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moving files between your local environment and the hosts one can be annoying, but that is more of a personal gripe. I just with Microsoft RDP allowed for drag and drop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site is easy to navigate and the customer service/help is fantastic. More often than not, we have minor issues with our Accounting Software which Right Networks cannot help with. But they always know who to contact at our software vendor for help which saves us a lot of time in resolving issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
