Right Networks is the easiest, fastest, and most goof proof App I have ever used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks OneSpace?

Sometimes it's hard to back up Quickbooks in amaaner in order to send it to my accountant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rightworks OneSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The friendly, knowledgeable, and un-rushed technical support makes me happy. I have experienced 100% uptime, and 0% frustration when using Righ Networks to access a client's books at the same time they are! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right Networks made it possible for me to continue remote work on the internet while including bookkeeping customers that are using or migrating from Desktop versions. What do you like best about Rightworks OneSpace?

We use RightNetworks to mainly access our Quickbooks online programs so we haven't had any problems with working with the different functions of RightNetworks be we've, as a company, never had a problem getting into the system. I like the security measures that are taken as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks OneSpace?

Sometimes we are not able to access the RightNetworks program but I feel this is due to internet instability rather than the RightNetworks program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whish it would tell me what devices were logged in when it comes up saying someone else is logged in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rightworks OneSpace?

We no longer have to worry about constantly backing-up the QBB files to an external drive. The setup was seem less, with the exception of resolving some printing issues with a VERY old DOT-MATRIX multi-page printer. Tech support is at the ready and has been extremely helpful and responsive when needed. I would HIGHLY suggest Right Networks for any small to medium size business. What do you dislike about Rightworks OneSpace?

At times, the system will automatically log off users. Doesn’t happen that often though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rightworks OneSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are spending less time managing QB and more time managing our business. Being able to access QB remotely has been a huge help. QB online would not support our company file as it was too big. Right Networks gave us the ability to work remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
