Easy to use and train employees on, not overly complicated and support staff seems to be on the ball. We also liked the accessibility that a web based/cloud based software gives us we can access the POS system and reports from any computer. Ricochet could use some more integration options that some of the larger retail POS systems have. I also wish we had the ability for an all in one solution through one company instead of using others (ricochet uses gravity payments and charge it pro to run credit transactions).
