If you want the best CRM, Richpanel is a highly recommended one. I've already used this for many years now and recommended it to my clients. Very easy to use and has very nice features. Richpanel's features are far more extensive and really allowed us to streamline and automate many of our customer service processes. It is able to connect to Shopify directly through API, so you can update orders, process refunds etc directly from the platform which sealed the deal for us. I love that the functionality is extremely user friendly and designed in a way that makes training simple. There is room for it to grow in features but the customer service is so responsive, easy to access and full of integrity you know that your suggestions are being taken seriously and worked on quickly.
