What do you like best about Richpanel?

What do you dislike about Richpanel?

It is a little complicated to use. Setting up the automations and the self service options are hard to follow. It takes some getting used to. I assume if you use it enough it will make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Richpanel?

The app is user-friendly. The customer service is friendly and helpful; they go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scroll bars are a little narrow, and it would be nice to highlight and select sections from Macros again instead of having to choose the whole thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Richpanel has impacted for the better, our bottom line. It has helped us track the type of inquiries we receive the most so we can staff where we need it most and place staff where they're most needed. What do you like best about Richpanel?

We have yet to turn it on, but the platform is intuitive and easy to use. The features are robust Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Richpanel?

We have loved using Richpanel so far. The customer care that we've received has been amazing. Our customer service process has been streamlined and close to 50% of our tickets are answered through self-service. What do you like best about Richpanel?

Richpanel was able to provide us with E2E integration to manage our CRM across all different communication channels.
