Richpanel is great, it has pretty much everything you could need in a platform at a very cost effective price. The customer service is also amazing, they always get back to me the same day and are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is the self service features costs $100 a month whereas in other platforms the self service feature is included or at a small additional fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
clean UI and it's very intuitive. helps make our workflow efficient and it's not clunky like a lot of other helpdesks. they're also making updates frequently but ones that make sense - which cannot be understated. a lot of times updates with other helpdesks are just an entirely new way of doing something or "fixing" something that didn't need to be fixed at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
