What do you like best about Rewardful?

What I like best about Rewardful is how seamlessly it integrates with my tools and automates the referral process. It takes the headache out of managing affiliate partnerships, making it super easy to track and scale. Plus, the simplicity in setting up new campaigns is a huge time-saver. What do you like best about Rewardful?

Getting started with Rewardful is very straightforward, the implemetation was very easy for us and the entire process is transparent. We run a SaaS business and it seems like Rewardful was designed with recurring subscriptions in mind. I've worked with other products and their affiliate programs before and none have been as straightforard as Rewardful. The Stripe integration was the difference maker for us because it lets us see affiliate referrals and other metadata directly in stripe as well as in Rewardful. We haven't needed this yet, thankfully, but it would help us identify fraudulent affiliates much faster which was a huge headache for me when working with previous affiliate softwares. What do you dislike about Rewardful?

I haven't had any issues with Rewardful yet. I think their help documentation was thorough so I didn't run into any situations that couldn't be solved with a bit of reading. If I did have to give one critique, it would be that generating commissions for in-app purchases could be easier. What do you like best about Rewardful?

Rewardful just works. Every time. Without a lot of complicated setup or confusing link structures. It just...works.

And that's true both as a brand and as an affiliate partner.

Some features I especially love:

- Paypal mass pay integration that lets me pay affiliates with the click of a button.

- Minimum threshold payouts.

- Ability to impersonate affiliates to see exactly what they're seeing and offer personalized support.

- Multiple campaigns so we can run both a traditional affiliate program and a refer-a-friend program for customers.

And their team is always responsive and helpful, whether I'm sharing a feature request or I'm trying to troubleshoot my own user error! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewardful?

The Rewardful team has done an outstanding job of releasing new features over the past 18 months. There are still some areas where the simplicity limits our ability to scale our use of the program (for example, I have to choose one payment method for all of our campaigns, and I would prefer to set different payment methods for different campaigns!), but overall, the strength of the program is in its simplicity! What do you like best about Rewardful?

The ease of setup is one of its primary benefits for us since setting up an affiliate program in an organization requires requisite insights and adaption. The cherry on the cake was its integration with Paypal which allows me mass payment to various affiliates to facilitate our affiliate management at its peak.
