What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto excels at simplifying 3D project collaboration with its ease of use and integration capabilities. The intuitive interface allows our team to easily view, annotate, and discuss models in real-time, streamlining our workflow and reducing the need for lengthy meetings. The software integrates smoothly with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, making implementation relatively straightforward, and we quickly adapted it to our daily processes. Revizto’s issue-tracking and visualization features are incredibly robust, with the VR capability adding another layer of clarity that helps everyone understand project details, from team members to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

While Revizto’s feature set is impressive, handling large models can lead to some lag, especially when using VR mode. The setup phase for first-time integrations can also require extra configuration, which can delay ease of implementation. Additionally, although customer support has been helpful, there’s a learning curve for new users unfamiliar with 3D tools, which could benefit from additional training resources or more accessible onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Revizto helps us centralize project data, reducing miscommunication between teams and minimizing errors. By identifying and resolving issues early in the process, we’ve seen a notable increase in productivity and a decrease in costly project delays. This streamlined communication ultimately benefits our clients, as they receive higher-quality project outcomes with fewer revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revizto?

Its capacity to be flexible enough. Its compatibility with phones, tablets, PCs make it more useful. We can use it in office planning, designing things and can use in field to see how its gonna take shape. Services identification, properties input, material take offs, detailing to steel structure, making complex analysis easy, these are few uses i can count at the moment but not limited to. Its fantastic tool for big sized projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

In built help options are limited. One can't find everything in help menu. There are videos and material available on internet though, but in programme help options work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Complex issues, especially visualising services in model helps me prioritising installation process which is not possible by just using drawings. Detailing, complex material take offs, services identification, structural properties, geometric data, material type, and so on. Its one place for everything for complex and huge projects. What do you like best about Revizto?

It saves me time in automating coordination and reports. Because Revizto is so user friendly, it truely gives the entire team access to the model without me having to constatnly hold their hand. It works great on the iPad. The issue tracker eliminates the need to create an "Issue resolution log" which frees up a ton of my time. Everything about it just works better than the alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The cost of Revizto is a lot higher than some of the alternatives so getting project teams who have never used Revizto before to see the value and pay for it can be challenging.

It lacks one feature that BIM 360 Glue has which is the ability to overlay old versions of a specific model onto the current version to see exactly what changed.

I wish I could export issues out as a PDF that includes all comments and attachments. This would make creating RFI's from issues super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting project teams to actually use the model can be a challenge. Revizo is intuitive enough that team memebers can use the model themselves instead of just relying on me.

It helps with communication of issues with the issue tracker.

It saves me a ton of time with clash detection.

It saves me a lot of time with the internal reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revizto?

We utilized Revizto for inter-discipline collaboration on one of the major factory construction project. It worked really well for us due to its highly collborative platform, well designed user interfaces in both desktop and mobile versions. Our various suppliers were able to record their conflicts in real-time which enabled the project management team to act upon them expeditiously. The tasks could be assigned to the owners which makes the issue resolution process very fast and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main purpose of using Revizto was to understand the structural interferences or Clashes for piping, equipment or building members. The software served this purpose very well. What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto it is a very good software. It’s great for managing 3D models across different platforms, I use it everyday and like how easy it is to comment, track issues, and work together in real time. The integration with other programs like Revit means I don’t have to waste time transferring files constantly, which is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

One issue is that it can get a bit laggy with really large models. The setup took a bit longer than I expected, as I had to fine-tune some settings for it to work smoothly with other software I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Revizto makes it easy to spot and solve issues early on, so I don’t run into big problems later in the process. It cuts down on miscommunication since everyone can see updates and changes in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto has been instrumental in the delivery of a fast-track healthcare project here in Canada. It's been beneficial for the senior oversight and daily work to date review. Having access to all discipline's drawings and geometry for review and coordination has made things so much easier and less cumbersome. For the Project Architect, accessing the documents on ultralight laptops, phones, and tablets has freed me from a high-powered desktop workstation that ACC normally requires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

There are very few downsides to Revizto. Besides the collaborative nature of sharing up to date, sometimes work-in-progress geometry is something every team will just need to discuss and agree on if a platform like this is implemented on any sized project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Access to a single source of truth. Or at least the latest and greatest truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
