Issues with Third-Party Warranty (3PW): One challenge we've encountered is the reliance on (3PW) within ReturnLogic. Our initial attraction to ReturnLogic was to leverage the warranty feature, but the limitation to 3PW has introduced complexities and sometimes confusion for customers. I like that Return logic is easy to navigate and the automation system is the best upgrade they have done thus far. It takes a lot of work extra work off me and helps me focus more on our customers. I love looking at analytics and love that all the information is at my fingertips. Also, Jerica is super helpful in guiding me and helping to find information.
