The best about retell ai was its ai voice agent integrations and feature. the ai agents and integrations it provided were already superb but the ai voice agent feature was next level for us. it also had lot of available integrations with telephony providers, chat models, even with eleven labs too. so its all in one which is crazy performing and not much tough or technically sound person needed to use this so the ui/ux designed is simple and usable to the non technical people as well. the pricing is moderate for us. we get proper documentation support from retell so we dont have to go to far to find out things.
