It helps the team to keep a track of stock levels in real time, reducing waste and preventing overstocking or shortages during our peak season and events. Its easy to use interface helps team to ensure smooth operations and enter data without any challenges. There is still something you need to develop regarding single purchase entries. Currently, store personnel need to log in with different IDs to enter direct entries for different outlets (e.g., cash purchases and vegetables) each time. We require a direct transfer option from a single ID, allowing us to enter information and transfer it directly to another outlet.
Additionally, there are several other points that have been highlighted by the purchasing team.

Restroworks inventory management is actually good. There complete processing of doing stock entry, entering physical, raising an indent is quite simple. The core objective of using an inventory management solution is to ensure that we as an organization are able to track wastage, pilferages and yield. The system has the capability to define yield while creating an item which ensures that yield is automatically adjusted under the consumption report. Various MIS like consumption and variance report helps in giving an accurate picture of the current inventory. The vendor management is quite simple through which every item is linked with a vendor.
