Restream is great for streaming to multiple channels at the same time. The live studio is great as well, and the scheduling of videos is awesome, the event can go live without the audience knowing it's pre-recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some channel integrations are a bit complicated, for example YouTube and Twitter - you have to create an "Event" on twitter for the stream to happen, it fails a lot of the time. The schedule event/video has been updated to better the LinkedIn integration but for our purposes and needs it actually made it worse. If you want to schedule a video you have to create an event and add the video at the same time without the possibility of changing the video later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I originally purchased a lifetime subscription to Restream to stream to multiple platforms simultaneously and to live stream pre-recorded videos. Both features are rock solid. In addition, Restream continued its Live Studio development, which has been a huge bonus! They continue adding features that make live streaming easy and professional to this day. I consistently have issues with my live video streams freezing for a few seconds at a time. I can't say for sure whether the bottleneck is on my end or theirs. I have plenty of bandwidth, and I rarely have this issue when using other live video services such as Skype or Facetime video Messenger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface of Restream is user friendly and all the options to go live is right there on the dash board. It is easy to add destinations and from within the Restream dashboard all the Titles can be updated.Restream allows easy livestreaming to multiple platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook Group, FB Page or Individual account, Twitter, and RTMP destinations. It also aalows Chat overlay to highlight chat during streaming. I can also use my custom logo and banner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing can be a little low for starters. A companion mobile app would be an added bonus. The website even though works on mobile does to seem to be too mobile friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Restream makes it very easy to stream one broadcast to multiple live streaming platforms. I originally started using restream as they were one of only a few options for the beta of LinkedIn live. I found it easy to connect my LinkedIn profile as well as other platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Twitter. Connecting accounts is easy and quick. Support has been very helpful the times I've needed to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with LinkedIn often disconnects, and I get no indication of this until after we have gone live. I wish there was some kind of verify accounts function I could run before we start streaming. Some platforms don't allow you to connect the broadcast midstream. I wish they would better support Instagram and TikTok. The only ways I've found to stream to these platforms are hacky and unreliable for regular broadcasting. Restream was the perfect (and free!) solution to my recent need for a broadcasting tool for an upcoming live webinar. Love the seamless integration with LinkedIn and other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've run into a little technical snafu that prevents me from adding the Restream tool onto a LinkedIn event I already scheduled on the LI platform. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I've spent a lot of time researching it and haven't yet found a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Restream is a good enough tool to live stream events on multiple platforms at once. It's easy to use, has a great user interface because of which it is very easy to get around this software. The support team is also quick to respond and that is a very helpful service from their end. My favorite feature, however, of this tool, that sets it apart from its competitors is the streaming monitor. It's great how you can monitor if the live stream is good even without entering the studio. This feature really makes things easy for the whole team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's a good software, this isn't perfect. For its features, I find it a bit expensive and that too with limited options. The second best variant only offers 10 custom destinations at a time which honestly isn't a lot, even for a small-medium scale organization. Even the top-most variant offers only 20 custom destinations, which makes it quite a task to organize simultaneous events. Hence, in terms of its pricing and the features that it offers, I would definitely go ahead with similar tools instead of this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's super user-friendly, making it VERY easy to link multiple social media platforms. You can also feed live meetings/webinars from zoom and push that feed to your linked platforms in real-time. Restream studio also has a LOT of added features, graphic/text overlay options, etc. for anyone that doesn't want to use Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to link Instagram for restreaming, currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used this as a Technology Coordinator for a church congregation's Sunday service live-streaming. I liked that Restream allows you to stream simultaneously to multiple social media platforms from one user interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was a bit difficult in the beginning learning the user interface, and it seemed like every time we logged in, there was some delay or issue with the password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't say enough good things about restream.io! After using xSplit for a long while, I was having some problems with bandwidth so I was looking around for something that would allow me to multi-stream my streams more effectively. Since I was already using OBS, I knew it would be an easy transition to use Restream. It's so easy to set up and only takes a few minutes to get going. I was able to immediately get 0-lag and was also able to try out a lot of different bandwidth settings to make sure I was getting the most effective one for my situation. Since the views of our broadcasts have increased and donations have increased significantly and I don't have to worry about whether or not I should be streaming on one platform or another. I highly recommend checking out restream.io, you're going to love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Restream provides a very useful service for people who want to stream but they need to make some improvements on their branding. The branding on the site is too much and it makes it seem too corporate and not personal. Also, the website isn't very interactive and the colors are not as vibrant as they could be. However, It is a very useful tool and it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
