What problems is Restoration Assurance Program solving and how is that benefiting you?

RAP allows us to consolidate our disparate backup solution data sets into a single entity that is fully managed by the service. We don't need to track media or worry about outdated hardware requirements to recover data since RAP has the necessary equipment to service our media restore requests.
