This was one of the most interactive and insightful training experiences I have ever experienced. Dave and his team tend to lean towards the philosophy that learning occurs through reflecting on REAL scenarios and that best practices are absorbed by encouraging participation and on-the-spot role plays. I went in thinking pretty narrow-minded about the structure of sales, with general discomfort in feeling too 'salesy' when upselling customers.

Dave transformed my perspective on sales by re-framing sales as a way to connect with and understand the customer, with the goal of putting our team in a more informed position to communicate and SELL our product's value. We appreciate you having been so adaptable and insightful in supporting our team's specific use cases.

What do you like best about Replayz?

The skills pertaining to sales (e.g. identifying pain points, discovering need, communicating value) extend even beyond sales, as they can be useful in just about any customer interaction. What do you dislike about Replayz?

I wish we had more time with Dave and that the sessions were more spread out so we had more time to put things into practice to allow us to come back together and reflect on implementation. Although, this may have more to do with the way my company organized the training. With that said, I would recommend not being shy about the number of sessions booked and making sure you have time between sessions for implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Replayz solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest takeaway was shifting the perspective of sales from trying to "sell, sell, sell" to a perspective of understanding the customer and communicating value. This has made it feel WAY more comfortable and organic to sell, as there is less pressure and our communication is way less 'scripty'. This not only feels more natural for our team, but we are certain the customer feels like we are trying to support them, rather than merely pushing them to purchase. In my nearly 20 years of sales, I've attended sales training, bought CDs, watched hundreds of hours of youtube videos, read countless books... They were all great until...

I started getting coaching from Sarah. I've been a trainer in past companies, but the training I received was second to none. I received feedback that I could implement immediately. I saw the changes, and have felt the positive impact of her coaching.

And she's done the coaching in a way where I don't feel attacked, instead she's a partner in my success. She is the antithesis of a Grant Cardone (Which is what I love). Many times in my life, I've been leery of feedback because it was often spun in a negative way. I look forward to our monthly coaching sessions and understand her massive value. She helped me take a 4 month ramp period and condense it into 2 months and being fully spun up with pipeline at a new job.

If you have ANY element of sales in your company, and you haven't invested in coaching, I absolutely suggest you contact Sarah immediately. It's not often you see immediate ROI in coaching, but with Sarah, that's a check you can take to the bank every day of the week. I first interacted with Replayz when I was a newbie SDR. It was my first real pure sales job, and the company that hired me was quite small, so there weren't many sales coaching resources available internally. I was expected to learn by getting thrown in the deepend. I was making progress ever so slowly by just making dials, reading books, and watching Youtube videos. Eight months in, I was getting mediocre results, hovering around 60-80% of the target for cold call meetings booked. That's when the company hired Replayz for 1:1 sales coaching services, and boy was it a game changer.

I sent in my cold calls for the Replayz coach to analyze. For the first time, I had a seasoned sales coach who has been in sales longer than I've been alive, break down my calls minute by minute, offering constructive feedback on tone, talktrack, questions to ask, and more. I didn't realize there were so many things that I was doing wrong/ was not doing that held me back from booking more meetings and having more DMs show up for the meetings I booked for AEs.

I soaked up the feedback like a sponge. Three rounds of call recording review, feedback, and adjustments later, I had my first month meeting 100% of target for cold call meetings booked. A month later I had my best month as an SDR, hitting 135% of target. The prospect no-show rate for meetings booked also decreased significantly. Not long after I was promoted to lead the SDR team, and subsequently, an AM.

Fast forward to now, I'm heading into an AE role in 2 weeks. I will also be using the Replayz Masterclass course to prepare as I've never been an AE before. Can't wait to dive in!

I would recommend Replayz' services to anyone. It is difficult to improve when you don't know what you don't know, and it's much more expensive in terms of time and opportunity cost to learn by throwing mud against the wall rather than having a seasoned sales coach put you on the right track from day 1. The personalized one on one coaching, how experienced the sales leaders are, how they gave me constructive feedback while also encouraging me, and how detailed the call reviews and breakdowns were. As as rep it was frustrating to know that the mediocre results I was generating by learning on my own could be better, but not knowing how I could improve. I got access to Replayz coaching through my company to help me improve my sales skills. Especially my discovery call. Working 1-1 with my coach David helped me a lot. I've started to hit quota or come very close to it since we started working together by identifying my gaps for improvement and doing my "homework" after each session.

Our business has been growing through a hyper-growth phase; as much as I wanted to get our reps to scale quickly, I struggled to find the time. While there is a ton of value Replayz has, the main driver for us to continually come back was to remove the burden of our Sr. sales reps spending time training Jr reps to focus on selling. We're a young company; we don't have the luxury of time. Certainly, we'll get there; having Replays step in, scale up our reps quickly so we have a repeatable process was critical. Replayz scales call-coaching. It's physically impossible to listen to all the calls, and they make that possible. They enforce best practices for reps. They help implement and coach new sales methods. They provide an incredible resource for reps to learn and talk through their sales effectiveness.

What do you like best about Replayz?

Easy to engage format - submit calls to your assigned coach, who goes through and reviews the call and provides feedback. There is a great written summary, but the most valuable piece is the video review where your coach provides input at specific points through the call recording on what they liked, didn't like, areas of improvement, what you could have done differently, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Replayz?

Nothing to dislike - coaches regularly switched to prevent the coaching from becoming stale. Perhaps there could be more of a formal hand-off between coaches to ensure you aren't starting from scratch or some report card type takeaway when you finish with one coach that you can show to the new coach so you can hit the ground running. What do you like best about Replayz?

I've been coached by Replayz for over a year and have sharpened my discovery skills quite a bit. The coach I had was great at giving constructive feedback while also pointing out areas of strength. This mix of pointing out where I could improve and things I should continue doing helped me make small incremental changes on my next calls. I liked that we selected 3 areas of focus as it helped me focus on improving in particular areas, which made it easier to apply & keep up with the advice.

I also felt like my coach was invested in my success/cared about me.

It's great to get coaching from within your team and company however, the third party perspective is great because it encourages you to try strategies you may not be talking about with your internal teams.
