What do you like best about Rep Order Management?

Rep Order Management allows me to operate in the exact manor that a VAR needs to. Too many CRM's are focused on just managing the pipeline and this product allows me to manage the sales cycle all the way through delivery while understanding the unique relationship between a VAR, distribution, and the end client. The platform is flexible handling upcoming opportunities, quoting, revisions, real-time editing, reporting, and delivery of the products to the client.

It is feature rich and somehow still remains easy to use. The customer support is unrivaled and we use the platform as the heartbeat of our business daily. I'm typically used to software like this taking months to get functional and we were off to the races in under a week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rep Order Management?

I'd love to see an integration with ActiveCampaign and I've submitted it for review. Other than that this software is everything Shield 7 needs to provide the very best experience for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rep Order Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rep Order Management solves the problem of having an organized place for not just the opportunities but all of the quotes that are generated. Because we're a VAR we are able to have predefined templates that drastically shorten the time it takes to quote. What do you like best about Rep Order Management?

Rep Order Management is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is intuitive, and has increased the frequency of use by the staff. This ease of use has significantly reduced training time and allowed us to integrate the system swiftly into our daily routines.

What do you like best about Rep Order Management?

The ROM team goes above and beyond to provide quality service to their already quality product, making Rep Order Management a must have. The number of products that our company offers can be overwhelming, however ROM keeps track of all of them and allows you to set pre-set options for each one. I am confident that we could have an intern start tomorrow with no prior experience, and after showing them how to use this program, I would be comfortable with them putting together a quote for a customer. What do you dislike about Rep Order Management?

There's not one thing that I can say I dislike about the program. There have been things in the past I wasn't a huge fan of (I used ROM at a past company as well), but it just takes an email or conversation with a member of the ROM team, and within a few days, they had changed the issue to better suit our needs.
