The platform is more than essential for us : it is a real reference PMS for managing reservations, communicating with travelers, optimizing ads, referencing on platform like Airbnb or Booking, and for organizing internal schedules for examples. It is perhaps the most complete PMS in terms of optimization and time saving for a concierge service. There isn’t much to dislike, but some features could be more customizable to adapt to different business needs.
