Like Microsoft Teams, it doesn't have the capabilities of automation. Where in people can use automation like sending Minutes of meetings to the invitees of events/appointments/meetings. Obviously, that requires Power app like feature but that is what makes MS Teams unique. Also the number of people you may have in an invite is limited.
