The most outstanding aspect of remotemeeting is how easy it is to use. It has a very simple graphical user interface that you can interact with easily. I also like how you can access it from a browser so there is no need to download an application. I like how I can share documents and files with colleagues through remote meetings easily without any bottlenecks. One of the downsides of this tool is that its pricing is quite high and may discourage small businesses. Another downside is that it does not support a huge number of people compared to other video conferencing software. Sometimes the quality of video and audio is poor leading to poor communication. The pricing plans of remote meetings are not user friendly and I think they should review them. A poor internet connection may lead to poor quality videos and audio and it may lag annoyingly. I like the simplicity of this tool because of how easy I can set up and join meetings. I think the user interface of this tool leaves much room for improvement compared to competitors. Their customer service is unresponsive and at times I am not able to reach them when I have an issue with this software. Remote meetings does not support many people at a time during meetings.
