I love that I'm never having trouble connecting to my meetings (and I'm having a lot these days). Being compatible with both computers and phones is a big plus in my book since I can connect with my peers from anywhere. For last, I like that it has relative easy file sharing during meetings. The video and audio can sometimes be "glitchy." I need to tell my peers to repeat what they said more than I would like to. What I like best about RemoteMeeting is that it solved a complex problem during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is connecting with others. With lockdowns, business moving to a remote route, and not being physically present among team members, it was difficult to stay in the loop. RemoteMeeting solved that problem by allowing team members to be completely remote, which is a game-changer. The only dislike I have for this software is the unavailability of customer support and help with technical issues. As an individual who used this every other week, I didn't have to engage with too many features to find bugs. However, when there were some technical issues, customer support was delayed and at times unresponsive, which can be difficult for those in important meetings. This needs to be improved because having to be aware of when a meeting is scheduled is very inconvenient. It lacks automation capabilities, just like Microsoft Teams. Where people can utilize automation to email meeting minutes to the persons who were invited to the event/appointment/meeting.
