First time we have been able to measure on-air exposure for a highly valued client. Relo was incredibly collaborative and extemely supportive to ensure we had everything we needed and their tools are very easy to navigate and use. We especially like the ability to auto populate powerpoints based on the results of the campaign. I find that after the configuration- the ability to change and add new partners for measurement can only be done through reaching out to support. I'd like to be able to have that control- but I do understand that some measures must lie with the experts. And since support is so quick to reply with all changes and asks- it's more of a non-issue.
