What do you like best about Relias Platform?

Easily accessible from any computer. Most modules are quick and easy to complete. Most do a good job of covering the topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

My one concern involves OSHA topics. OHSA issued a letter of interpretation stating that electronic training on its own does not meet OSHA's training requirements because the learner does not have the opportunity to ask questions of the trainer in this format. Consequently, to be in compliance, employers need to supplement electronic training by adding an in-person Q&A session. Not the end of the world but not every employer is aware of this and believes their in compliance by just having employees complete electronic training modules. What do you like best about Relias Platform?

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

Had long 3 hour training plan when if froze and then kicked me out and I had to start over from the beginning and I was 80% done with the course. The same thing happened to several other people on my team. Sent message under help and never received response and had to end up going back in from the beginning. What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I love that I can put together training plans for new hires and enroll them when I sign them up without doing anything extra. Putting together annual training plans is a breeze. And as courses update, they are updated in the training plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

Like anything, there can be hiccups, and I call tech support to help me figure it out. So far, there hasn't been a problem they could not handle, which makes my job so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I like the updated interface for learners. The variety of courses is helpful. It would be beneficial to add courses with more EDUs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

The safety modules that we use for our Mandatory Training Plan could improve for our learners. Too many clicks and pop-up windows exist to launch content and complete an exam.

For the administration side, it could be easier to auto-enroll new hires into Training Plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I love the easy access of Relias and being able to locate if an individual completed a training or not. I am hoping we will eventually add all our staff within the training platform instead of only the one department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say the one item that I dislike is searching for courses. It could be I am unsure how to do so but I feel the course catalog could be a little difficult at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

It is very user friendly and, most of the time, it is intuitive. I love training new staff on Relias and showing them all the things it is capable of!

I've never used any other LMS but, when I came to WW, the #1 request was to "fix" Relias. Relias didn't need fixing, it just needed to be set up correctly - and now it's a system that employees use and rely on and trust to provide accurate info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

It seems that whenever something gets escalated to "engineering", it goes into the black hole and you never hear anything about it.

A learning environment or a sandbox would be advantageous mostly for the beginning. Other than that is a great product. I would love for them to have more selection of trainings for medical and dental. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

It's accessible 24/7, there are a number of courses that we can use to satisfy mandated training, I can create my own courses in a variety of ways, and reports can be set up to be delivered automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

Instructors are not notified when a student withdraws from a live class.

Users who are searching for a course are no longer able to type in a course code to quickly locate it.

We cannot clone our self-authored courses.

When assigning courses, there is no way to establish an availability date. That has to be done after the course was assigned and all are enrolled.

We can't assign courses as "optional" that would disappear on a given date.

We can't print a PDF of self-authored courses.

We can't create a training plan with the option to complete the live course OR view the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Relias Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

RLMS allows me to educate more than 500 team members who work various shifts and different days of the week. This saves time, keeps us in compliance with regulatory agencies, and improves safety and quality of life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

1. CEUs for our clinicians

2. The ability to bulk import/export

3. Relias Support is always fast and helpful

4. Running reports is easy and customizable to fit our needs.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

Training plans don't automatically update or impact all enrolled users when settings are updated. You have to toggle on a setting that has a warning associated with it. It'd be better to have a checkbox option IN the training plan settings that says "allow changes to affect all enrolled users." If it's unchecked, it won't do that. The state mandates us to have all client-facing staff take 20 hours of training in their relevant field. This was the impetus behind mass rollout and it has enabled our company to maintain compliance with all governing bodies, assisting us as we scale nationwide. What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I really like the changes that Relias has been making. It seems to be improving the system and making it more user-friendly. It's obvious that the Relias team is trying to listen to clients and improve the system. It isn't always as intuitive as it should be, and we are frequently still running into problems or having trouble finding solutions; however, the Relias team has been working hard to answer questions and provide support whenever possible. What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

The system is not always intuitive. You can think you are setting up things correctly, and then something weird happens. It also seems confusing when you are adding your own modules...this could be a bit easier. There are glitches like not being able to upload a PowerPoint with notes or videos taking a very long time to upload that make it challenging. We have to be compliant with our training/education. It would be really nice if Relias tracked the requirements from various accrediting organizations, state regulations, and federal regulations for hospice so that we could easily see in digital format where Relias is helping us to meet these requirements.
