**What do you like best about RegFox?**

RegFox is very intuitive - it doesn't take any background or training in registration software. The templates make it easy to get started with a design based on your unique event. I have been using RegFox for various events for over 3 years and can't recommend it enough!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

The only downside is the inability to create multiple pages, like a microsite, where attendees can view the different pages, vs. just scrolling down one page of info that can get a little cumbersome.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good question! I am not sure if there is a specific problem that I need addressed but RegFox does send out regular emails letting you know what they are working on so it's nice to know they are always advancing and fine tuning what they offer.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

Regfox is really easy to use and pretty simple to navigate. The Actions tab on the pages has been a huge help for us, especially when it comes to tailoring each page to the specific needs of our courses. We also really like the deposit options available for registrations, or for anything else we need them for. Pulling reports is very easy and really nice when you can pick and choose the exact data needed.
Creating new pages is very simple especially when you can just copy over a previous one.
Customer support is fantastic too. The team always gets back to me in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I wish there was a way to transfer a registrant directly to another course instead of creating a voucher code and then needing to re-register them. When a registration has a deposit but two cards are used I wish there was an option to select which card to apply the final payment to. I wish the receipts had a better layout. We get a lot of attendees needing a clearer PDF of what the payment was for, when it was paid, and a zero balance due. 
When making changes to a page sometimes the font size changes after you have saved the section and need to go back into it. It would also be nice to have the option to highlight text on the design side of the pages.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track attendees and their registrations, having registration and hotel booking capabilities all in one, if we need to do a live webinar we can implement that as well.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

We love the affordability of Regfox especially being a small business owner in addition to all the customizeable features, overall ease of use, ability to use for in-person or virtual events with no additional fees, data tracking and robust reports, amazing support team available 7 days a week with a QUICK turn around time, the forward thinking of this company that truly keeps a pulse on not only me as their direct customer but thinking about "my customers' experiences" and providing a system with features that exceeds all expectations for all parties.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I don't really have anything I dislike about Regfox. If I have a challenge with something, I reach out to the support team and they help me to find a solution.

**Recommendations to others considering RegFox:**

If you are looking for an affordable solution with all the necessary functionality of a registration software system that provides in-person or virtual capabilities that also has an incredible support team to help whenever you need it, then Regfox is for you!

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 for the event industry, Regfox was on the cutting edge offering an affordable solution to offer virtual events immediately which allowed us to still have our event when so many others had to cancel.  For us, we already had registration running for about 5 months for our in-person event and it truly was a simple click of a button to make our form "virtual ready" which turned on the attendees virtual dashboard as well. 

A big problem we orginally had when switching to virtual was restricting attendees from sharing their access codes to their dashboards (which hosts the event content) with others. We immediatly brainstormed with the Regfox Team and they were able to change the access codes to be restricted through IP addresses. PROBLEM SOLVED!

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

RegFox is very user-friendly and the layout is so accessible. It's the easiest way to create beautiful and professional registration pages for the non-profit company where I work. The most crucial part of my work on RegFox is solving issues or trying out new features, which is where I rely on the help center messaging system. I always get an easy, efficient fix and it never takes more than a few minutes to figure out. The software is amazing, but the customer service is what really makes my job easier.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

The only issue I have is that the text formatting can be a little frustrating. It's easier to write out the information than to copy and paste it from Word. Once I figured out how to format the text on the blocks correctly, it became a lot easier.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my many duties as an executive assistant is that I am the main registrar for our large-scale non-profit. I use it all the time, and my colleagues think I'm a genius registrar. RegFox helps me do a lot of the heavy lifting.

All the tools they have were built just for my specific needs, and any questions I have they have a live support team that will respond within moments… even going so far as to make a custom training video for me to show me how to use all of the features of the software as it relates to my own specific account. Never had anything even close to this level of support before from another company..

I can’t think of anything, honestly, it’s great. I have no complaints.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex registrations, weight listing deposits. It covers everything. I’m linking to giving fuel is also a great benefit for students at a catholic university.

RegFox is constantly adding new features and always improving. Years ago we chose this platform because it was the most affordable. Now we choose it because it has all the features we need and more!

Would love to see more individual, customizable experiences for the attendees. Love that RegFox has a text feature but would love a community page where attendees can engage with each other.

It's allowing me to create a registration website and gather useful information without the hassle of google forms, payment processing and bogging down our internal IT team with these tedious projects.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

What I like most about RegFox is how user-friendly the website builder is. We’re hosting a large symposium for the Nevada Department of Wildlife, and the platform made it simple to create a professional, customized registration page without needing advanced technical skills. I also really appreciated how responsive and helpful their support team was; they walked me through every question I had and even created a tutorial video specifically for me. That level of customer service truly made a big difference.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I honestly can’t think of anything significant that I dislike about RegFox. Overall, my experience has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, and the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions.

The site brings attendee registration, payment processing, and data tracking together in one place. It has saved us time, cut down on administrative back-and-forth, and helped keep participant information well organized and accurate.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

It’s easy to understand, even though I only know how to update a handful of sections so far. What I do know comes mainly from tutorials shared by colleagues, along with help from the team.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I think one area for improvement would be the ability to transfer a registrant from one page to another without having to cancel the current registration on the original page and then re-enter all the information on the other page. This would save us time and also help avoid confusion for registrants if they accidentally register on the wrong page.

I don’t have any ideas at the moment, but the team will definitely help me if I have any concerns.

Not only are the registration forms awesome because of all the functionality available to customize them to meet your needs, but the RegFox customer support team is amazing!

We had some pretty complex form needs but everytime we brought something up to the customer support team, they were able to figure out a solution to meet those needs. What's not to like about that! We have had no issues working with RegFox.

We have had some pretty complex paths and form requirements and each time we brought them up to the RegFox customer support team they were able to not only provide us with a good solution, but sometimes were able to provide us with multiple solutions! Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Very customizable. Fully Featured. Cost effective aws compared to otehr platforms I used previously.   EXCELLENT and present customer service. Live customer service folks regularly step in any time the AI help widget is not quite getting what I need.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

Definitely a learning curve to navigate creating discount code and clickable weblinks to share with prospective attendees but it does work very well. And great customer service got me going quickly.

Also a little complicated to initially set up my event page(s) but hardly insurmountable.

Would prefer more payout option such as monthly that is not available. Weekly payouts means more work for me.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More ticket revenue ends up with my organization and that means more efficeint event planning and more funds can be used to host a high caliber event for attendees.
Compared to eventbrite, which I used for many years, customer service is superb at RegFox where is was non existent at eventbrite.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

We like that RegFox keeps registration simple and in our control. It’s fast to set up, pricing is transparent, and customization doesn’t require a developer. The checkout flow feels clean, we can collect exactly the info we need from attendees, and Stripe integration just works. Compared to Cvent or Eventbrite, it’s lightweight, flexible, and doesn’t punish you for being creative. And when we did need help, Jessica from customer support was incredible — fast, friendly, and actually solved things, not just read from a script.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

RegFox stops short once registration ends — there’s no way to send post-event surveys or follow-up emails without pulling in outside tools. You also can’t disable public attendee visibility in hybrid or remote events, which raises privacy concerns. Payment options are limited to credit card via Stripe only — no ACH, no buy-now-pay-later options. I also don't like being penalized for using stripe at an additional 1% per ticket. It’s solid for front-end simplicity, but feels a bit boxed in when you need full-cycle event management.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegFox helps us simplify event registration without needing a full event-management team. It handles payment collection, custom forms, and branded checkout pages all in one place. For us, that means faster setup, fewer third-party integrations, and total control over the registration experience — all at a fraction of what Cvent or Eventbrite would cost. It’s been a big win for in-person class registrations where we just need people to sign up, pay, and get their confirmation without a dozen extra steps.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

The pricing structure at RegFox is fair and reasonable while providing a robust, registration platform. RegFox focuses on the product, features, and customer service. They make it easy to contact the help team and they respond with speed and clarity. While there is a bit of a learning curve when implementing your first registration site, the tool features make sense and it looks and runs beautifully from our customer's perspective. As a new convert, I'm asking clients and colleagues to give it a try. Finally, a company that doesn't drive up prices to spend millions on marketing!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

There is a learning curve when setting up the first few registration pages. I wish I could format the calendar invites (location, duration, description) associated with the event start time and how the product can be used for "memberships" functionality.  I have noticed some broken help bot links.

RegFox is helping us keep costs down for the consumer with its low price point, plus the platform looks amazing and is easy for customers to use.

The human agent was readily available (on a weekend too!) to answer my questions when I got stuck!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

There is not an element in the registration web page that collects a signature while also giving the customers the choice to actually consent or not. The only e-signature box option requires and answer without the option to decline.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to figure out how to allow for offline payments at my event. The directions from the bot assistant were taking me in circles and not answering my question. I reached out to the human agent support and he was patient with my confusion and sent me a personalized video of where to go to answer my question. It was so helpful actually looking at my account via the video he sent me so I knew exactly where to go. Thanks AJ!

I have only been using RegFox since October but was able to figure out everything I needed to do with minimal training and what I could not figure out, I was met with nearly instant replies from the help desk.  This is a rare find with anything these days, particularly software!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I wish i was able to create more detailed and customized reports that I could save and schedule to run automatically at various times.

RegFox is handling our event management registrations as well as other items that require credit card processing which is a huge benefit as we have several events throughout the year in various locations globally. It is one less thing we have to worry about since it is all handled in one place.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

RegFox has been a life saver for keeping my small business on track!    It is very user friendly - I am definitely not a "tech" person and I have been able to easily navigate the website and create good looking and clear registration pages for my events.   Reg Fox also makes it incredibly easy to cancel or edit registrations, and make refunds if needed.     With RegFox, I have peace of mind knowing  I'm not letting anything fall through the cracks.   Customer support has been fantastic - twice I've needed help and twice I received excellent and fast customer service.   Most recently, Joseph helped me with an issue that would have taken me hours to figure out.   He understood exactly what I needed and within minutes sent me a video he created showing me each key stroke I needed for the result I was looking for.

There is honestly nothing I dislike about RegFox.

I was trying to keep track of event registrations on my own and it got to the point where I was terrified I was going to let something or someone fall through the cracks.   Deciding to use RegFox for event registrations was the best decision I've made.

RegFox has allowed my small business to create custom forms for participants to register for trips. With conditional questions and customization, I can tailor the forms with great specificity. The cost is reasonable for the service, which is so rare for small businesses starting out. With no subscription fee, I can pay for what I use and not be held to paying fees during down times.

I've been using RegFox for 7 years and haven't had any issues.

RegFox is by far the most user-friendly event page I have ever used. The customer serivce is always instant and they are able to help me with any and all issues I have had.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I had a hard time setting up a new payment processing system earling in the year.

All the reports and pages for registration are on one page. There is no going back and forth like we did with our old registration system. It's made registering so much easier on our members and on me as an admin.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

I discovered Reg Fox while searching for a flexible ticketing platform that could meet my needs as the organizer of a photo interest group. I needed something straightforward to use, since I run two to four events each week, but I also required features that my previous solution no longer provided. My essential requirements included some CRM support so I could manage my own mailings, low fees to keep my events affordable, the ability to richly format event pages with headers and embedded graphics to make invitations more appealing, and support for both virtual and in-person events. Additionally, a waitlist feature was crucial so that if anyone dropped out, I could quickly fill their spot and maintain a fully booked event.

I was able to set up my first event in under 20 minutes, and over the past few weeks, I’ve started creating a variety of additional events. As with any new tool, there’s a learning curve, but I found most features quite intuitive. I was especially impressed by the level of support. The built-in AI chatbot, Finn, is highly effective. Not only can the AI answer specific questions about any screen, but it can also suggest better approaches for particular objectives. If I got stuck, I could even share a screenshot, and Finn would read what was on my screen, interpret my notes, and confirm whether I was in the right place and what to do next. On several occasions, human support staff also stepped in to provide extra help, such as sharing insights about the product’s direction or agreeing to pass along feature requests to the development team.

Overall, I’m very impressed. RegFox is a robust, feature-rich platform with a great deal of versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of clubs, groups, or organizations looking to manage registration and ticketing for their events.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I use Reg to organize frequent photography workshops, many of which are quite similar. The platform allows me to easily clone events, but I’ve noticed that the details carried over from one event to the next require careful review and adjustment. I often have to update several elements each time I duplicate an event. If there were additional ##keywords such as ##eventdate, ##eventstart-time, and ##event-title, it would make templates like the confirmation email and waitlist notification much more reusable when copying events.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegFox gives me greater control over managing my events and communicating with my members. 
My previous solution lacked a proper waitlist feature for paid events and only allowed me to contact members using their built-in tools. It also restricted how I could format event descriptions, limiting me to just bold and italic text and a single image as the banner. Additionally, they would promote their optional services and other organizers' events to my group's members without my consent. On top of that, they imposed a significant service fee on all my paid events, increasing costs for my members without providing any clear benefit.

The adaptable templates and effective AI assistance make things easier for me. When the AI can't fully address my question, the live chat support steps in to help.

I find it a bit frustrating to use the site on my Mac or iPad. Although switching to Google Chrome improved the experience, I would have preferred not to install an additional browser just to access the site smoothly.

I am able to use the site for handling complex registrations. We require registrants to select from more than 50 events and meals spread across five days. The site makes it possible for me to set limits on the number of seats available for each session.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

I really appreciate the efficiency of RegFox in solving registration issues and handling attendee concerns that may arise during the registration process, ensuring a smooth experience for our conferences and events. One of my favorite aspects of RegFox is their chat support, which is tremendously helpful and leaves me feeling supported whenever I have queries or face any challenges. The ability to create actions within RegFox is particularly beneficial, especially when managing price increases on certain dates. Additionally, the initial setup of RegFox was challenging, as it was hard to learn the little details even though I eventually got the hang of it.

I find RegFox incredibly user-friendly, as it is not complicated to figure out, which streamlines our convention registration process efficiently. I appreciate the ability to copy previous registrations which allows me to update only certain details or information needed without having to start from scratch and build an entire new page, saving significant time and effort. Additionally, the support I received has been outstanding; Jessica provided excellent assistance with solving issues related to group registration pricing and demonstrated the process through a detailed 8-minute video, which was extremely helpful. The ease of initial setup was also a major advantage, making the transition to RegFox smooth and convenient.

I find it inconvenient that RegFox does not have its own integrated payment platform and requires the use of Webconnex. Additionally, there is a frustrating limitation when using the early bird registration price feature. Once the early bird period ends, it becomes difficult to edit registration details, such as meal preferences, for registrants who signed up under that rate.

I find the functionality available in RegFox useful for setting up pages and managing program registrations and event sales for our youth sports nonprofit. Creating event pages, utilizing coupon codes, and selling tickets are all capabilities that allow me to handle the necessary logistics with ease. Though it hasn't added anything extra to our operations, it allows us to efficiently carry out the essential tasks we need to manage our events successfully. I appreciate that I can use RegFox for merchandise sales as well, which helps in comprehensively managing different aspects of our events.

I dislike that RegFox lacks a direct integration with QuickBooks, which has made our accounting process a nightmare. This has led to increased staff labor and stress, and our accounting records are not as up-to-date or accurate as I would like. The change in their credit card payment processor further exacerbated these issues, affecting our operations for almost a year. Additionally, although RegFox offers some functionalities we use, it hasn't added anything extra to our operations, making it feel limited compared to other youth sports registration software available. These other options provide the necessary QuickBooks integration and additional features like a parent communication and scheduling app, which RegFox currently lacks.

I use RegFox for program registrations and event sales, but its lack of QuickBooks integration causes accounting headaches and increased staff labor. While it supports creating event pages and selling tickets, it does not add extra value beyond basic needs.

I've used several registration systems over the years and have always found them to be somewhat difficult to manage and learn to use as an administrator. Not the case with RegFox. I've been amazed at how easy it is to learn, create event websites, registration forms, and confirmation emails. Reporting is a breeze. QR code and marketing is easy. I can get answers to my questions quickly from the chatbot (real person) and am not on endless holds or waiting days for responses. The responses are almost instant.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

Nothing to dislike, I'd like to learn more as I use it to see what I might be missing. So far I started using it in April and it's now July and I've used it for 3 different events. A complete lifesaver.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for small event registration solutions (small being under 200 people) that is simple, easy to use and with no nickel and diming add on fees. It's been a better solution for us. We even gave up Salesforce's internal registration tool - it was not intuitive and their registration is not supported/not a main driver of their business so they don't make any improvements to it. We also deeply disliked Cvent and their tool is too complicated and expensive for what it's worth. RegFox defintely saves me HOURS and DAYS that I can spend on the rest of the event program, etc. I'm no longer wasting my time and it looks good to boot!

I've been using RegFox for over 5 years. I find it very easy to build sites and customize event sites with their user friendly platform. If you can navigate a website, you can build a page. Over time, I've appreciated getting to use more detailed actions to customize my pages (like only showing certain fields based on earlier answers or creating custom URLs with different pricing for different groups. Reports are easy to run and text support is available and generally very helpful. RegFox is the best of both worlds when it comes to ease of navigation and development yet offering enough customization and special features.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

Recently some of the text support switched to AI for initial help, and I have not found that to be useful. Eventually a real person will respond, but it can be annoying getting off topic AI answers initially.

RegFox is super easy to use, and it saves our client a LOT of money from their previous event platform. My client's customers have also had good experiences using the platform. There have been very few technical issues over the past three years. RegFox's exporting tools are one of the features I use all the time. Very helpful. Plus, their customer service is great. I've gone to them with some complicated questions and they seem to always come through. Last time, I believed I used the phrase "You're my hero". I've really enjoyed using RegFox.

As our clients' needs expand, there are some capabilities that RegFox doesn't have yet. None of them are dealbreakers, and usually customer service tries to come up with an alternate solution instead of just saying "Sorry, our system can't do that."

A big reduction in platform fees, it's easy for my client to use (as well as our agency), and it's made things easier on my customer's clients as well. Specifically, we reduced checkout time by something like 67% when we switched from Eventbrite.

Last September, we hosted our first-ever Women's Weekend at our summer camp and the registration platform I used was a bit clunky. We only host a few events outside the regular camp season and some can be a bit complex for set-up. The first thing that caught my eye with RegFox was the bounty of helpful, short, video tutorials. Set-up is very user-friendly and intuitive to start with, but I also like to figure things out on my own as much as possible as typically it can slow things down to have to wait for response to a "help ticket" or something of the sort. That being said, when I couldn't find an answer to what I was looking for, I typed a question into the chat box and - wham! - back came a speedy reply from Whitney - a real human being! She was terrific, and continued to be on a zoom that we scheduled to go over a few more questions I had. For actual features, I appreciate creating "actions"   (if this, then that) as they allow for a less-cluttered appearance and I suspect it will help with reporting later on. The platform allows you to create codes for specific registrants (discounted or free attendance) so that they can be in the system, making it easy for blast emails, and RegFox also offers numerous templates to get you up and running quickly if you're not into designing.

It doesn't seem as easy and straightforward to register two people as it could be, though I need to take another look at that. And I'd *love* a housing/accommodation feature where I could enter into the backend (ie for my eyes only) the various housing units we have (cabins and houses at a summer camp) and be able to place registrants in them via drag 'n' drop and then run a report on who is staying where.

  - [I have two issues I would love feedback on.  I create several 7-10 pages a year for our different events.  Everytime I go into regfox I have to navigate to see all pages to access my current event.  It would be helpful if the most current event would be the default page.  And, because i live in the East Cost Time zone I have to wait 2-3 hours before I can get access first thing in the morning.  Would you consider hiring someone remotely closer to the East coast or more centralize.
