Last September, we hosted our first-ever Women's Weekend at our summer camp and the registration platform I used was a bit clunky. We only host a few events outside the regular camp season and some can be a bit complex for set-up. The first thing that caught my eye with RegFox was the bounty of helpful, short, video tutorials. Set-up is very user-friendly and intuitive to start with, but I also like to figure things out on my own as much as possible as typically it can slow things down to have to wait for response to a "help ticket" or something of the sort. That being said, when I couldn't find an answer to what I was looking for, I typed a question into the chat box and - wham! - back came a speedy reply from Whitney - a real human being! She was terrific, and continued to be on a zoom that we scheduled to go over a few more questions I had. For actual features, I appreciate creating "actions" (if this, then that) as they allow for a less-cluttered appearance and I suspect it will help with reporting later on. The platform allows you to create codes for specific registrants (discounted or free attendance) so that they can be in the system, making it easy for blast emails, and RegFox also offers numerous templates to get you up and running quickly if you're not into designing. It doesn't seem as easy and straightforward to register two people as it could be, though I need to take another look at that. And I'd *love* a housing/accommodation feature where I could enter into the backend (ie for my eyes only) the various housing units we have (cabins and houses at a summer camp) and be able to place registrants in them via drag 'n' drop and then run a report on who is staying where. As a new teacher on the block I found RegFox super easy to use for creating registration pages for my classes. It took me less than an hour to create my first page and then from then on it was streamlined to about 30 min for the next page. Yes, to "Copy" fuction! And that is with no previous exprerince in graphic design. The templates library, the drag and drop feature, the pages layout - all make it easy, practical and manageable for you to create a beautiful registration page that works really well. RegFox also offer email confimations and reminders, configurable waivers and much more. The registration page seamlessly blended with our website and I saved a decent amount of money by creating the page myself, instead of hiring a designer.

RegFox seems to have every option I can think of for creating the forms I need. There are ways that you can customize the content or add questions to forms to get the information you need. When I have run into a snag, the customer service has been quick and reliable finding a solution or helping me solve the issues I couldn't figure out on my own. I'm into my third registration in just a matter of months and look forward to continued use of RegFox.

This was my first time using a site like RegFox and I was feeling very intimidated with no experience. The entire process went simplly and well.
The directions and videos on the site are perfect for an inexperienced, first-time user.
Every time I got stuck, or confused, I used the live chat and received a response almost immediately. If I needed to leave the chat for any reason, the response was emailed to me.
RegFox is also less costly than other ticket-selling sites and, since my event was a fundraiser for an animao shelter, this meant more funds going directly to the animals.

The online support is great! It starts with online bot support which alot of the time will actually fix your issue with nice pictures SHOWING you where to go and what to click on, but if it can't you have a actual person willing to help within a min or two...very impressive and helpful :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1-When you go to regfox to login, it opens another page for webconnex...however when that times out, it never remembers my login or password? So then I have to go back to regfox to then get back into webconnex...it's a little junkie?
2-When you login it sends you to your pages page...if you click on something and need to go back to where you started, most people think its dashboard and not pages...even if you know its pages and not dashboard, you can't just click pages...it brings up a drop down menue for you to click on all pages...again, nothing big just a little junkie :) thx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RegFox has great functionality for registration and pre-sale items. Easy to use and set up without any knowledge of coding. We use RegFox because we could not find another product that would give us these attributes. Ease of use for refunds, adjustments and reports is also a benefit. App for on-site check-in is useful. RegFox recently updated their payment platform and had phenominal communication with users to prepare them and help throught the changeover. Unfortunately, this platform didin't use to offer phone support. However, you can now schedule a call for phone support, a great update and improvement based on user feedback. One of my favorite parts of RegFox has to be the support team and supporting documentation. On top of a knowledge base with well-documented articles, they have an extremely knowledgeable support team.
I specifically worked with Anca a few times in my RegFox journey, and hands down they're the best support person I have dealt with across all of our SAAS products. Quick responses, step by step guides, and in-app screenshots to help us utilize features and fix our issues. Overall, Regfox is a solid platform with a solid team, and our experience has been smooth sailing from the IT and Admin side, which is a rarity in the world of SAAS products.
