As a new teacher on the block I found RegFox super easy to use for creating registration pages for my classes. It took me less than an hour to create my first page and then from then on it was streamlined to about 30 min for the next page. Yes, to "Copy" fuction! And that is with no previous exprerince in graphic design. The templates library, the drag and drop feature, the pages layout - all make it easy, practical and manageable for you to create a beautiful registration page that works really well. RegFox also offer email confimations and reminders, configurable waivers and much more. The registration page seamlessly blended with our website and I saved a decent amount of money by creating the page myself, instead of hiring a designer.

RegFox seems to have every option I can think of for creating the forms I need. There are ways that you can customize the content or add questions to forms to get the information you need. When I have run into a snag, the customer service has been quick and reliable finding a solution or helping me solve the issues I couldn't figure out on my own. I'm into my third registration in just a matter of months and look forward to continued use of RegFox.

I have been able to embed registration links into our own web site easily and been able to review registration data on the fly to track registrations and quickly communicate with those who have signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because there are so many options, it took a little bit of work to find the perfect way to get the information we need, but the customer service was quick to help me figure this out.

There are several sign-ups that we use that are for volunteers and don't collect money, so we'll pay a small fee to use RegFox for these sign-ups, but finding it worth the cost anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RegFox is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a lot of valuable features that I have been looking for and have been stringing multiple applications together to have them. So I am happy that is has a comprehensive feature set. I also like that the fatc that their customer support team is readily available to jump in and answer your questions. I am still an early user of RegFox, so I don't have a large sample size. However, I am also using their sister product, TicketSpice, and it is unfortunate that some of the nice features in TicketSpice is not available in RegFox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This was my first time using a site like RegFox and I was feeling very intimidated with no experience. The entire process went simplly and well.

The directions and videos on the site are perfect for an inexperienced, first-time user.

Every time I got stuck, or confused, I used the live chat and received a response almost immediately. If I needed to leave the chat for any reason, the response was emailed to me.

RegFox is also less costly than other ticket-selling sites and, since my event was a fundraiser for an animao shelter, this meant more funds going directly to the animals.

The only downside I found was that it was time consuming, but that was mostly due to my inexperience. Once I received the help I needed, everything went much more smoothly. I would highly recommend a new user to take full advantage of the video tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The online support is great! It starts with online bot support which alot of the time will actually fix your issue with nice pictures SHOWING you where to go and what to click on, but if it can't you have a actual person willing to help within a min or two...very impressive and helpful :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1-When you go to regfox to login, it opens another page for webconnex...however when that times out, it never remembers my login or password? So then I have to go back to regfox to then get back into webconnex...it's a little junkie?

2-When you login it sends you to your pages page...if you click on something and need to go back to where you started, most people think its dashboard and not pages...even if you know its pages and not dashboard, you can't just click pages...it brings up a drop down menue for you to click on all pages...again, nothing big just a little junkie :) thx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RegFox has great functionality for registration and pre-sale items. Easy to use and set up without any knowledge of coding. We use RegFox because we could not find another product that would give us these attributes. Ease of use for refunds, adjustments and reports is also a benefit. App for on-site check-in is useful. RegFox recently updated their payment platform and had phenominal communication with users to prepare them and help throught the changeover. Unfortunately, this platform didin't use to offer phone support. However, you can now schedule a call for phone support, a great update and improvement based on user feedback. RegFox keeps improving, there is nothing that I "dislike" but I would like to be able to use normal PayPal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to having this, we did it manually. What a nightmare. The company made it so easy to register and the reports are amazing. You can customize your reports to whatever you need.

Another thing that I really liked about this company is how quick their support is. You ask a question and it's answered almost immediately. I was very impressed and would recommend this to anybody. Their support is amazing. I was upset at first because it's pretty difficult to get them on the phone however they're online support is outstanding. Once you get used to it it's simple.

I love the responsive friendly customer service with real people who stay with you until the issue is resolved. The 'real people' part is a refreshing change for robot response platforms. We have had no issues with RegFox and use it for multiple affiliate members due to the ease of the online registraton platform for both our association staff and all our external members. We cannot find any tools missing from the online registration platform. Knowing that RegFox is on hand to answer any questions, especially when templates we build need to be tweaked to operate properly is a huge weight off our shoulders. Only love for RegFox! RegFox has quickly become my favorite program to use. I used to try to cobble together a couple different programs to hold the necessary info, allow people to register, send automated messages, and easily keep track of the roster. RegFox allows me to do the things I was doing plus so much more! Plus, Customer Support has been amazing - they are quick, helpful and if they don't have the answer, they find it or a work around.
