RefNow has been invaluable to our recruitment process. Before RefNow we were calling references, which is extremely time-consuming during a critical point of our hiring process. The ability to seamlessly integrate with our existing applicant tracking system has saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort. The reference-checking process itself is thorough and customizable. We can tailor the questions to fit our specific requirements and we have written responses, which is so much better than trying to remember what someone said on a phone call or taking notes as fast as you can while they are speaking. The only thing I dislike about RefNow isn't specific to the platform itself, but more so applicable to any reference obtaining service and that is the inability to ask follow-up questions if I am unclear on a response or would like the reference to elaborate.
