What do you like best about Redtie?

One thing which i really like about Redtie is how easy it is to use.I faced some issue with the ticket management system but the customer service was great to help me out.We have been using it for a year and the ticket management tool has made it easier for us toimprove our customer service time. What do you dislike about Redtie?

I am unable to receive messages containing attachments, I am unable to send messages with attachments.Redtie lacks the ability to synch two such apps does not offer two-way communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Redtie?

What can I say, they make me seem professional and I was able to have the quotes designs in less than an hour. With few button touches, I could even add my company identity to it and get a professional material for clients in mere minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redtie?

I found the quote builder to be a little clumsy. Modifying prices or introducing irregular goods to the menu is time-consuming in most instances, involving numerous actions and pages.
