The learning curve can be a little tricky. I miss the chat feature from Support Team - now sometimes getting a response can take 20+ minutes and the staff hasn't been as helpful since before Flex was rolled out. I like that we are able to use the invoicing through redteam and connect it to our quickbooks. It has made paying invoices to contractors a lot easier. Integrating all the invoicing makes my job a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I necessarily dislike about redteam. One thing that's kind of weird is that if an invoice is committed through redteam, when it transfers over to quickbooks it puts the due date a year later, still not sure why that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
