RedTeam offers a streamlined platform for all project management needs. As a smaller company, it keeps everything in good order. There is a Support Team available via email / chat feature that can be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve can be a little tricky. I miss the chat feature from Support Team - now sometimes getting a response can take 20+ minutes and the staff hasn't been as helpful since before Flex was rolled out. I did notice that the Help articles are a lot more detailed and helpful however and many times can find the answer myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we are able to use the invoicing through redteam and connect it to our quickbooks. It has made paying invoices to contractors a lot easier. Integrating all the invoicing makes my job a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I necessarily dislike about redteam. One thing that's kind of weird is that if an invoice is committed through redteam, when it transfers over to quickbooks it puts the due date a year later, still not sure why that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The package allows you to keep jobs very organized. It is very customizable. User interface (colors and layout) for the most part are very user friendly. We were using buildertrend prior to this and RT is an improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Servers are terribly slow. Response time is so bad that sometimes you feel like maybe you forgot to click. Change orders need to use the import capability that estimates use. I would also like to see the ability to have multiple estimates for the same job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike about RedTeam, certainly there are small improvements that can be made to the interface to improve overall usability and also additional features such as a to-do-list to assign and monitor tasks for employees and following up on daily progress.
