Support is fast, but unhelpful.
Free tier is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very unclear who this product is for.
About as good as a spreadsheet + Stripe integration.
Want to track affiliates? Manually add them.
Want to pay out affiliates? Manually ask them for their bank information and pay them out.
First: If you want to have a lot of affiliates, this is NOT for you.
You have to manually payout each affiliate via "Paypal" but you can't do that when you want to, you have to do it when they will let you do it, which is a month after an affiliate would normally expect the payout.
Again, this is all manual, if you have 100 affiliates, you have to do 100 manual payouts every month. That's a full-time job, or at least a week of work to verify and make sure everything is accurate.
Second: No cross-domain tracking
While I'm sure their tracking would work for many if not most websites, our service has a homepage and a SaaS app.
If those two URLs are not identical, then you are SOL.
What that means is you can't actually track customers from homepage -> sign up. This is obviously one of the main reasons to use an affiliate tracking, so once again, if you have multiple domains across your product, which can be tracked technically, you are SOL.
Third: Setting up is a PITA
Stuff like this is usually pretty straight forward. I have to reach out to support for nearly everything because nearly everything doesn't work. I know it's an early stage company and I'm sure they're "working on fixes" but when you have to invest so much just to set these tools up, it's painful to have support point a finger back at you.
It just doesn't work. Now clearly I'm the exception, and I genuinely hope that they figure this out because it seems like a great service. But it is one of the most frusterating things when once youv'e spent a month integrating and listening to their promises of how well this works, that not only does NONE of the automation work, BUT, now your affilaites are emailing you frusterated that the nice thing you wanted to do, now isn't not just working, but is going to take WEEKS of work every year to get going. As a B2B software business we find Reditus to be very compelling. This software's features have been expertly tailored to suit that purpose. Their affiliate network is also very high quality and growing quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a startup, so it might not have ALL the features, but they're quickly adding them. If you're like me, you're building a program for the long-term, so you want to pick the right horse in the race so to speak. The features are coming, but the investment today in Reditus is worth it. The onboarding and implementation was very easy.
I also liked the support before, during and even after go live. It was nice to have a follow-up chat and getting informative info via mail about how to still attract more affiliates.
Next to this, the platform is very user friendly and the marketplace helps very well to attract more affiliates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seeing what the rest of the tools have out there I can say that Reditus, is incredibly easy to use and the team is extremely supportive. Their affiliate network stands out the most from the rest of the players there, which is why I recommend it to the rest of my B2B SaaS clients.
For me as a founder of a growth agency, it was important to find a new scalable channel for my clients that actually works and brings recurring wins to the brands.
I know they are building multiple integrations at the moment, but overall it's very easy to implement and I had no problem with the payment to the affiliates
The magic of the platform is its affiliate marketplace or so-called pool of affiliates. It is nice that the team also started allowing you to find & recruit B2B SaaS affiliates within their second marketplace very similar to fiverr- a true game changer!
Big thanks to Joran and the rest of the team for the rapid support, curious to see where the company will be in a few years. Affiliate marketing is growing so I expect more B2B SaaS brands will look into Reditus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
