The only thing I don’t love is using Shift as a browser for general web searches or browsing. I’m not sure what it is, but I prefer using my regular browser for that. Shift makes it easy to work with multiple accounts in Gmail, Outlook, and more and transition between them seamlessly. It also makes it easy for me to switch between Gmail, my Google Calendar, and my Google Drive without having ten thousand tabs open. Trying to work with multiple accounts within a single browser is a nightmare, but Shift makes it easy to get set up quickly and helps me stay and work in the right account without hassle.

I have 4 different mail accounts and it has helped me streamline my work and keep me organized the past few years. I use it daily and love that it allows you to work in separate workspaces for each email account. I've always received timely responses when I reach out to customer support. Honestly, I don't see may downsides. The only one would be that sometimes when I click links, it goes to my external Chrome browser vs. opening within Shift. I love the ability to be able to have different workspaces, each of which can have multiple windows open for many different uses. As a business owner that helps other business owners -- I am able to have a different workspace for each business. Allowing me to be extremely organized in my day-to-day tasks. I do not like that it does not allow use on tablets or iPads. I do understand why though. I also wish it had a workspace option for Outlook as many of my clients use that email account (without needing to add it as an app as this causes me technical issues). I use multiple gmail, texting and messaging apps daily, Shift has SIMPLIFIED my life so much and allows me to jump between accounts without a million login and log outs. It probably saves me an hour each week in time not spent jumping around and I love that I don't have to pollute my chrome tabs with gmail, messenger and whats app tabs. The thing I like least about Shift is that every once in a while I can't copy an email address from an email, it says copy link instead of the chrome native "copy email" option.
