What do you like best about Rechat?

When looking for a CRM, our main focus was being so simple to use that our staff would not only adopt using it, but actually enjoy it as well and ReChat definitely delivers. They have focused on making the features work really well and simple and not cramming a bunch of unnecessary features into a CRM that nobody uses anyway just to say "we have more features", etc. The mobile aspect is very functional as well which is a must in today's world. What do you like best about Rechat?

The agent network has been such a win for our brokerage in the marketplace. Our agents utilize the tool frequently for both their listings + buyer needs. Their customer support team is also incredibly prompt, which has been helpful during the launch phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rechat?

As with every new platform, there are a few things still in development that we benefited from on our former CRM + marketing platform. This is something that will change with time but some minor hiccups during the roll out phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed an email marketing platform with a higher email deliverability rate and an easy way for agents to share their listings + buyer needs with agents in our market. By staying in contact with contacts and clients using automation and AI, Rechat is integral to our business. What do you like best about Rechat?

The ReChat interface is easy to learn and navigate. I love that it set it and forget it options such as e-cards for birthdays and house anniversaries. What do you like best about Rechat?

I have been able to upload large lists of prospects and email them an attractive newsletter weekly. It takes the place of ConstantContact. Rechat allows me to make an attractive template with ease, send it to a specific list, and clean up my lists of undeliverable or bounced contacts with one click, and track engagement.
