The only issues we've experienced are a few items on the investor dashboard haven't consistently reported correctly for investors with multiple investments in the same entity. The thing I like best about the platform is that it does all the calculations for accrued preferred return and distribution amounts for me. Before, I was using excel to manage these calculations, which took a lot of time and I constantly had to fix errors.
