We have noticed a huge increase in usage of AI based meeting notes tools across organization. Good part is that it will keep meeting notes and do the transcpting from voice to text. A tool for a public forum or meetings with non-confidential data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Note that privacy policies of read.ai are NOT favorable for confidentials calls. Furthermore, if the config of meeting tool is as default then read.ai is spreading through the organization with little or no permissions from users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once installed, they never leave you.
We stopped the trial. It continues coming to our meetings.

This one of the first AI tools that I have seen empowering out business in terms of getting transparency across the board. It helps us to track and analyse all our teammates call recording along with call summary and video playback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it can be more specific about the kind of details it shows on the recording manager page. We would like to see more of what really matters and less of jargon that won't really be that useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
